This 58,000 square foot truck/rail logistics center features 40,000 square foot of immediately expandable shell space, an enclosed 18,000 square foot cross dock, and a large exterior center-beam rail car cargo transfer pad. Garmong served as the design-builder in partnership with the Daviess County Growth Foundation. Garmong’s role was multi-faceted including the forecasting of the economic development implications of the project upon the surrounding region, the creation of site development standards, and determination of required infrastructure and access road improvements.
