Garmong Construction is serving as Construction Manager for this $33.0M renovation and addition project. The scope of work includes renovations and additions to Northview High School, Clay City Junior/Senior High School and Northview Middle School. Upgrades to Clay City Junior/Senior High School include a new student activity center and renovations to multiple classroom areas such as the media center, business area, family and consumer science (FACS) area, the auditorium and the band room. Northview High School will include a new student activity center and classroom additions, as well as renovations to the band and vocational classrooms, locker rooms and restrooms and administrative office areas. Changes to Northview Middle School include new lockers throughout, security upgrades, as well as student docking stations.
