Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for this $18.5M, 130,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) for UAP. This four-story structure houses a full basement and includes over 100 exam and procedure rooms. The MOB provided various services, including radiology, cardiology, ear, nose, and throat, urology, pulmonology, gynecology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, surgery, allergy, and internal medicine.
