Toyota Indiana YMCA

Garmong Construction served as the Construction Manager for the Toyota YMCA project located in Princeton, Indiana. This ambitious project involved the remodel of a 45,324-square-foot building along with the addition of new facilities. The enhancements include an entryway, an aquatic facility, an auxiliary gymnasium, locker rooms, offices, a STEM lab, a teaching kitchen, and community spaces, among other amenities. The project, designed by Hafer Design, valued at $22 million, exemplifies Garmong’s commitment to fostering community development through modern and inclusive infrastructure, aligning with the principles of Universal Design to ensure accessibility for all users.
