Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for Sullivan County’s new jail and sheriff’s office. The 69,000-square-foot facility includes a 200-bed housing pod, 911 call center, and sheriff’s office. Construction systems utilize precast concrete panels, a conventional concrete block and pre-engineered metal building, and prefabricated steel cells.
