Garmong Construction served as Program and Construction Manager for this new 13,000-square-foot fire station. The first floor houses 11,550 square feet with a 1,450-square-foot mezzanine. The overall facility includes a three-bay apparatus area, eight-dorm living quarters, a day room, a kitchen, training, fitness areas, a turnout gear room, and a hazmat/laundry area. The facility replaces the existing station, which was outdated and no longer serviceable.
