Seven Oaks Classical School in Ellettsville, Indiana underwent a 40,000-square-foot renovation and addition to enhance academic, athletic, and administrative spaces while improving overall campus functionality. Partnering with Schmidt Associates, Garmong Construction served as Design-Builder for the project, which included renovations to classrooms, the cafeteria, athletic locker rooms, and administrative areas, along with a small addition and site improvements. The upgrades enhance accessibility, safety, and traffic flow, creating a more efficient and welcoming environment for students, staff, and families.
