Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for this $33.0M renovation and addition project. The scope of work included renovations and additions to Northview High School, Clay City Junior/Senior High School and Northview Middle School. Upgrades to Clay City Junior/Senior High School included a new student activity center and renovations to multiple classroom areas such as the media center, business area, family and consumer science (FACS) area, the auditorium and the band room. The upgrades at Northview High School included a new student activity center and classroom additions, as well as renovations to the band and vocational classrooms, locker rooms, restrooms and administrative office areas. Changes to Northview Middle School included new lockers throughout, security upgrades, and student docking stations.
