Garmong served as Construction Manager as Constructor for the three-story, 34,600-square-foot building, which will be at the corner of Mt. Comfort Road and Second Street as part of the $50 million McCord Square Downtown District.
The first of the three stories will be used for NineStar operations, but the second and third will be for public and co-op member use. The company plans to create a gathering space, catering kitchen, and potential offices and meeting rooms.
