Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for the City of Muncie in construction of a six-level, precast parking garage in the village area of Muncie, Indiana. The parking garage was built to serve the students of Ball State University and surrounding shopping areas. The new energy efficient parking garage has two elevators and is surrounded on all sides by a high-end student housing apartment complex.
