Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for this $20M mixed-use development project in downtown Carmel. The project features a three-story, 12,000-square-foot restaurant area housing Anthony’s Chophouse, an upscale steakhouse, on the first two floors, and 3UP, a swanky rooftop bar offering an a la carte menu and hand-crafted cocktails, on the third floor, both of which are now open; a three-story office building with 17,600 square-feet of office space and 8,000 square-feet of ground level retail space along Main Street; seven townhouses, a park along the Monon Trail and a parking garage. The project is located at the intersection of Main Street and the Monon Trail.
