Garmong Construction served as Design-Builder for the concurrent construction of two parking garages in downtown Carmel, as part of the overall Midtown Development. The Midtown East North Parking Garage is a $9.2M, six-story, 580-space parking garage that encompasses approximately 204,000 square-feet. The Midtown East South Parking Garage is a $6.9 million, four-story, 308-space parking garage that encompasses approximately 112,000 square-feet. Both garages were constructed using pre-cast panels.
