This $8.0M, 30,000-square-foot, masonry-constructed facility serves as a repair shop for vehicles and equipment and includes 10 work bays, along with a 25-ton overhead crane to service the work bay area, offices, supply room, storage areas, fitness center, and bathrooms/showers. This project is LEED Silver certified.
