Garmong Construction is serving as Construction Manager for the Global Preparatory Academy, a 33,000-square-foot renovation transforming an existing facility into a new charter middle school. The project includes significant exterior upgrades such as a new metal panel façade, roofing, exterior canopies, and windows, along with comprehensive interior renovations featuring new partitions, finishes, casework, a theater stage, gymnasium flooring, and a fully equipped kitchen to support on-site food service.
Conceptual design is presented by DELV Design Studio, LLC.
