Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for the build-out of 30,000 square-feet of existing shell space on the sixth floor of Deaconess Gateway Hospital. The project was completed in five months to allow for immediate owner occupancy. This area includes ICU compatible rooms, 32 new patient rooms, center core nurse stations, clean common areas, as well as, the Gateway Campus telemetry hub.
