Daviess Community Hospital CORE Center

Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for the interior repurposing and remodel of this 140-year-old, 18,000-square-foot, two-story, rehabilitation and therapy facility. Interior upgrades included new adult and pediatric exam rooms, two nurses’ stations and waiting areas, a therapy pool, a patient rehabilitation area that includes a walking track, and the addition of an elevator. Extensive structural improvements included the addition of steel support members and helical foundation piers. Exterior upgrades included a new roof and façade as well as site improvements.
