Courtyard by Marriott Arc Hotel

Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for the Courtyard by Marriott project developed by The Arc Innovations, Inc. This $29.5M, 113,644-square-foot hotel has six floors and 150 rooms. It is located next to the Convention Center, where a four-level parking garage to accommodate the Convention Center, Hotel and downtown Muncie was also constructed by Garmong Construction.
