Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for Carlisle Library, which includes 2,950 square feet of new construction. This $750.0K library is operated by the Sullivan County Public Library System and serves the Town of Carlisle, IN. Not only did Garmong work with the Owner on budgets, schedule, soft costs and furnishings in the early design phase, but our team also assisted with providing quality reviews, pay application approvals, change order management and support for Owner relocation activities throughout the construction process.
