Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for this four-story, cast-in-place, 350-space parking structure located in downtown Bloomington. The garage is equipped with electric vehicle charging stations and a solar array, which makes it one of the first in Indiana to achieve Parksmart certification, a sustainability credential. Additionally, the structure includes retail/commercial shell space for future build-out. This project benefits both the developing Trades District and the existing City-County building.
