In 2004, Garmong completed a $35 million construction project for the Vigo County School Corporation consisting of three elementary schools: Fayette Elementary, Benjamin Franklin Elementary, and Sugar Creek Consolidated Elementary, built simultaneously within an 18-month period.
[click for more]Garmong's responsibilities included pre-construction services, construction management services related to new construction, collaboration with the Owner in transitioning students to the new schools, demolition of the former and adjacent structures, and conversion of the former building sites to playground/green space upon completion of demolition activities.
