Gibson General Hospital Emergency Room
Princeton, Indiana

Garmong Construction Services served as construction manager for this nearly 20,000 square-foot emergency room renovation and addition project at Gibson General Hospital in Princeton, Indiana. The $5.1 million, two-phase project was completed in 2009 and included two trauma rooms, six exam rooms, a new nurse's station, break room, a registration area, waiting room, exam rooms, nurse managers's office, a blood draw room, and 5,900 sq ft of basement space. Garmong also built two new canopies for ambulance drop-off and patient drop-off.

Union Hospital Expansion
Terre Haute, Indiana

Garmong served as construction manager for this $178M expansion which includes 492,000 square feet of new space and 104,000 square feet of renovated space.  The new facility connects via tunnel with the existing hospital. Completed in 2009, this project is one of the most extensive in Terre Haute’s history.

Hux Cancer Center
Terre Haute, Indiana

Garmong completed construction of the Hux Cancer Center at Union Hospital in February 2008. The 88,000 square foot, three-story comprehensive cancer treatment facility is the only one of its kind in the Wabash Valley.

The Hux facility houses the related oncology services of Union Hospital, AP&S Clinic, Clara Fairbanks Center for Women, and Hope Center. Other provided services include radiation therapy, medical oncology, clinical trials, mammography, boutique services, support services, and nutritional services, as well as a resource center, tranquility room, appearance room and spiritual support.
