	Bemis Company, Inc. Terre Haute, Indiana Garmong completed a 110,000 square foot expansion for Bemis Company. The facility addition now serves as a warehouse and has extrusion capabilities. Innovative construction technologies, such as the utilization of Dramix structural wire fibre introduced directly into the concrete mix to provide superior concrete floor slab strength and crack control, and placed using laser screed, allowed the super flat 110,000 square foot floor to be formed, placed, and finished in less than 5 days.


	Gartland Foundry Terre Haute, Indiana Garmong, as the design-builder, managed and/or delivered all aspects of project development, design, and construction as required to complete Gartland's latest major renovation. To facilitate completion within Gartland's annual shut down period, the installation of new flooring, new lighting, three new loading docks, and construction of a new 2,300 square foot warehouse were aggressively fast-tracked.

	IVC Coatings Brazil, Indiana Garmong recently completed an addition of two new warehouse buildings for IVC Coatings at this ultra-clean, high-tech Clay County manufacturer of powder paint. IVC owns and operates plants world wide. Manufacturing numerous types of coatings, on a just-in-time basis, it is imperative that construction operations do not jeopardize the ability to meet customer product production requirements. Garmong worked closely with the Owner to assure the plant's ability to run at 100% efficiency while construction work was being executed.
